1.In the famous edible fungus kingdom, Qingyuan of Zhejiang , Our company established the largest organic shiitake farm currently in China.

2.The farm strictly observe the planning and distribution of organic agriculture standards and owns natural water which up to the state grade II standard for drinking water around the bases .

3.Baixing shiitake , coming from the organic farm, are adopted from the unpolluted materials. 4.Processing for fresh shiitake : picking up of fresh mushroom - storage in cooling warehouse - initial sorting ( and foot cutting ) - sorting of diversified class - inspecting - weighing - vacuum packing - metal detecting - outer packing - storage - load & shipping

5.In Baixing , all the process of shiitake in our workshop are strictly done in compliance with HACCP rules .
